Fusion Flavors Series: Midnight in Morocco
This is a Hands-on Cooking & Wine Experience

Take a journey with Chef to the magical kingdom of Morocco, known for its exotic culture and cuisine. Moroccan cuisine is rich, both in terms of history and the richness of flavors, aromas, colors and breadth of exotic ingredients. The cuisine of Morocco reflects its Berber, Mediterranean, African, and European influences, with a generous use of powerful spices like cumin, cinnamon and ginger. Learn how to use these powerful spices effectively while making signature dishes that you can easily recreate at home.

You will first be met with a reception wine and light appetizers. You'll have a striking view of our impressive open demonstration kitchen. You'll don your apron, roll up your sleeves and Chef Adeline will walk you through the preparations your meal while you enjoy a sip your wine!  Once you've completed your meal, you will sit down and enjoy it. You will also experience wines paired with the beautiful meal you've created.
Throughout the evening you'll learn about the recipes, food preparation, and the "why" behind the wines we pair with the meal.

All AWS cooking classes include an emphasis on wine, because that's who we are!  You can expect 2 different wines to sample during reception/cooking and two wines paired with your meal for a total of approximately 3+ glasses.  If you would like to add more wine to your experience, you can taste 32 different wines in our Enomatics (wine dispensing system) or you can order wine by the glass or bottle.

Sample Menu:

Spiced Lentil Soup

Beef Tagine with Honey and Raisins

Apricot Couscous

Moroccan Orange & Cardamom Cake

And wines, expertly selected, to accompany your creations

About Chef Adeline Borra:

Adeline is a 100% French chef, who held a career in pharmaceutical brand management for many years before deciding to rightfully pursue an entrepreneurial endeavor closer to her heart. Building on her existing skillset and rich heritage of wine and gastronomy, Adeline established her business with a mission to provide French and Italian cuisine using only the finest, freshest seasonal and local ingredients.

Ma Cuisine by Adeline is a gourmet company and cuisine consultancy (private dinners/cooking classes) based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded and directed by Adeline Borra. Adeline was born and raised in Beaune, Bourgogne, France, and is a chef with an extensive background in wine and gastronomy thanks to her parents, who are wine consultant in Burgundy since 40 years. Adeline is always looking to create new recipes with all the skills she got from her mentor/chefs in France. Twice a year she is trained by some of the best chefs in France to get new techniques and just be inspired and then share with her gourmet clients.
