Summary:


Join us for a distinctive wine dinner with head winemaker Raymon McKee of Chateau Ste. Michelle winery. Raymon will be sharing eight award-winning wines that have been expertly paired with recipes from the winery prepared by our own executive Chef Patric for what is guaranteed to be an unforgettable food and wine experience. 

Chateau Ste. Michelle combines Old World winemaking traditions with New World innovation. In fact, Chateau Ste. Michelle is one of the few premium wineries in the world with two state-of-the-art wineries, one for red and one for white. Raymon describes his winemaking philosophy as based on the belief that the best grapes yield the best wines. “I believe there is no substitute for detailed, conscientious winemaking decisions throughout the whole winemaking process, from picking the grapes, to blending the wine to bottling. There are literally a hundred decisions to make when crafting a wine and each one has an affect on the quality of the finished wine – so a good winemaker must pay very close attention to each wine." Experience these wines as they were meant to be enjoyed- paired to perfection with the winery's own culinary team's recipes.
