Level III Certificate:


This course is recommended for those who have earned the Level II Certificate, or have a good foundation of wine knowledge. In depth lectures and discussions covering wines and spirits of the world are designed to give a thorough understanding of the principal wines and spirits of the world and their commercial importance. Successful candidates receive the Level III Certificate of the WSET. 

The cost to attend is $1,275 and includes classes and nearly 80 tastings, all course materials, study guide, workbook, domestic shipping and exam fee.

 

Learning Outcomes:


 
After completing the Level III Certificate program, certificate holders will be able to describe the characteristics of the principal wines and spirits of the world and give information on the key factors influencing style, quality and value. Further, they will be able to advise management, answer customer questions and make informed selections of wine and spirits in a variety of situations.
 
 

The Exam:


The exam will be three hours and includes multiple-choice questions, short answer questions, and a blind tasting of one wine.
