With over 15 years of experience in the wine and sales industry, Cappie is a passionate and knowledgeable beverage and sales director with an advanced sommelier certification. She has managed the sales and distribution of Kellogg Selections, a boutique wine and spirits company, for two years. She has also led and supported the beverage programs of multiple award-winning restaurants and groups, such as AC Restaurants and Neighborhood Dining Group. She has developed and maintained strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners delivering exceptional service and education to customers and staff.
