Imagine a front row seat to one of the most unique dining experiences in the city. Guest Chef Biagio from Sorrento, Italy will prepare a five course meal in front of your eyes as you sip five delicious regional wines expertly paired with every course by your own personal Sommelier Rob Van Leer.
A native of Puglia, Chef Biagio has more than 50 years of culinary experience owning restaurants in Naples, Brussels and most recently Sorrento. Make plans to join us for what is guaranteed to be a delicious, memorable and entertaining experience.

About Biagio Longo:
A native of Lecce and Puglia, Italy, Chef Biagio has more than 50 years of culinary experience. Growing up, Biagio watched his mother, a pastry chef, own and run a café. At 18 years old, he entered the Instituto Technico Alberghiero (Hospitality School) in Sorrento, where he studied gastronomy for six years. After graduation, his career progressed from 2nd Chef to 1st Chef to Executive Chef.
Biagio has owned restaurants in Naples, Sorrento, and Brussels. He was head chef at the CuisinArt Golf Resort & Spa at Anguilla in the Caribbean. He was a guest instructor at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Schools throughout the U.S.
He and his wife, Camilla, opened a bed and breakfast cooking school in Sorrento, where his entire family worked together to serve more than 15,000 students. Le Cordon Bleu would send their students to his cooking school in Sorrento for their

Now retired, Biagio enjoys spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He also delights in helping his son, Giuseppe, who owns Pizzeria Mami Camilla in Berlin, and is proud of his daughter, Odilia, the #1 taxi driver on the Amalfi Coast. Biagio also prepares lunches for travelers booking chartered boat trips with his son Agostino.
