Each year we conduct over 300 private client events, instruct over 3,000 students for cooking classes, serve over 15,000 guests in our restaurant and sell over 24,000 bottles of retail wine. Our event and class assistants are an integral part of our business.

Responsibilities Include:

Timely set up of event room for events/classes by arranging placement of tables and chairs, place settings and glassware, setting up bars, buffets or chef prep stations
• Greeting and welcoming guests and responding to their requests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Performing food and drink serving duties at classes and events while interacting with guests and
clients in a positive, professional, friendly and efficient manner
