About Luke Marquis:
Meet Luke Marquis, the Blue Eyed Boy himself!
Luke Marquis is the Global Sales Manager at Mollydooker Wines and son of Sarah Marquis, Owner and Chief Winemaker. At the ripe young age of 10, he was affectionately named the Blue Eyed Boy, which has now become one of Mollydooker's most successful Shiraz labels. Growing up in the winery and vineyards, Luke is responsible for implementing the unique Marquis Vineyard Watering Program ®️, managing the Mollydooker vineyards and harvest operations that produces the premium fruit that makes award winning Mollydooker Wines.
Wine Experiences Defined:
Our wine dinners include a full meal composed of multi-course culinary creations inspired by winery or family recipes, complementary wine pairings, insight into the preparation of the dish and selection of the wine, and educational commentary from the winemaker and winery representatives.
Our paired experiences include a tasting of multiple flights of wines with a common theme, paired with complementary Chef’s small plates for an introductory taste of our cuisine and insight into the winery from the perspective of the winemaker and winery representatives.
Our bar tastings feature a careful selection of wines along with complimentary house nibbles such as cheese, charcuterie or truffled popcorn.
