Vino Venue will be in Tuscany this September. We’ll dip south into Umbria one day, visiting Lorenzo Polegri at Casa Segreta, touring his vineyards and the village of Baschi, taking a cooking class, and sipping his wines. If you’re in his courtyard, look west and you’ll see the vineyard for Tre Cipressi (Three Cypresses) about 100 yards downslope. The name is inspired by his wine labels and his cypress lined driveway. Green apple, lemon, rosemary, thyme. Aged in stainless steel.
