Richard Bruno and Chris Condos founded Vinum Cellars in 1997, sourcing fruit from family owned coastal California vineyards. The bulk of their production is contract winemaking, producing wine for some of Napa’s most prestigious labels, with NDA’s preventing them from naming names. They also make wine under their own label, with Napa Valley wines being their headliners. This 2021 vintage is the 25th Anniversary edition of Pets, with fruit from 40 year old vines from a 4th generation family owned farm. Aged 16 months in 2nd use French oak barrels. Black plum, boysenberry, blueberry, mocha, vanilla. Chewy/grippy finish. GOBBLE GOBBLE
