90% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Semillon, 2% Muscadelle, 1% Orange Muscat 14.1% ABV
Founded in 1988, Seven Hills Winery is among the pioneers of Walla Walla Valley. Casey McClellen is a 4th generation farmer from Eastern Washington. They have the only (working) winemaking faciliy in downtown Walla Walla. While their main emphasis is on Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, their whites are also excellent. Most of the fruit for this Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc is from Walla Walla, with the balance from Horse Heaven Hills. The Semillon adds weight and richness; the Muscadelle and Orange Muscat add freshness and aromatics. Aged in stainless steel. Grapefruit, kiwi, guava, lemon verbena, fresh herbs
