Food Pairing Suggestions:
This juicy rosé pairs perfectly with al fresco dining served with regional dishes such as tapenade topped crostini, Fougasse (the French version of focaccia) topped with olives, bacon, chevre and herbes de Provence, or Pissaladière with anchovy and caramelized onion. Or simply savor a glass with Asian-style shrimp spring rolls, chicken tagine with olive couscous, ratatouille, bouillabaisse, fried fish tacos, sesame grilled tuna with jasmine rice, pork chops with peach compote, and your favorite hand tossed pizza. This picnic perfect rosé loves every type of cheese; try it with a goat cheese spread on crostini and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
