Pasta Making Series: Mastering Risotto

Summary:
Designed for the culinary enthusiast, whether you’re a seasoned cook or brand new to the kitchen, Chef's pasta making series will teach you the fundamental knowledge and techniques for creating perfectly cooked pasta using fresh, seasonal ingredients and flavors. With Chef’s tricks, tips and culinary quips you’ll learn basic knife skills and techniques from sautéing, braising, frying, poaching, baking, roasting, searing, emulsifying and more. And best of all, you’ll learn how to use fresh, seasonal ingredients to create simple yet delicious, and healthy meals everyday at home.
After Chef walks you through the preparations your meal, you’ll don your apron, roll up your sleeves and get ready to work as a group to help cook each part of the meal at various stations around the kitchen by following recipes with the guidance of your Chef.
Please note that this is a community cooking experience and each guest may not necessarily cook their own complete meal. Once the cooking is complete, you will sit down and enjoy a family style meal presentation along with optional wine pairings.
All AWS cooking classes include an emphasis on wine, because that's who we are! If you would like to add wine to your experience, you can taste 32 different wines in our Enomatics (wine dispensing system) or you can order wine by the glass or bottle.
