Food Pairing Suggestions:
This Northern Italian delight is perfect with seasonal dishes such as tomato, mozzarella and basil salad drizzled with tangy balsamic, grilled romaine tossed with Caesar dressing, crunchy fish tostadas with creamy lime sauce, grilled summer squash with fresh Buffalo Mozzarella and crispy Prosciutto and angel hair pasta topped with grilled halibut with creamy remoulade. And this versatile white is just as lovely served with roast chicken stuffed with spicy Andouille sausage or grilled shrimp-topped lemon risotto, as it is with a delicious platter of antipasti composed of hard cheeses, like Pecorino and Asiago, mortadella and other Italian cured meats
