4JUL03 Miner Family VIOGNIER, Paso Robles, California 2021 (F, O)
4 and 6 bottle levels $25 (member price $22)
100% Viognier 14.2% ABV
Miner Family was founded in 1996, located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley.
I remember sampling their Napa Viognier at the winery about 20 years ago. Their wines have been featured at White House dinners six times and they are the official partner of Riedel glassware in the US for their comparative tastings. They began sourcing Viognier from Paso Robles in 2018, exclusively from Steinbeck Vineyard (Geneseo AVA, just East of the town of Paso Robles). For those of y’all who joined us in Paso last summer, Steinbeck Vineyard is north of Cass Winery. Aged in stainless steel. Yellow peach, guava, lime zest
