Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, Códega, Rabigato, Gouveio 19.0% ABV
White Port & Tonic is a delicious summertime cocktail: easy to prepare, thirst quenching, and not too strong. This is a high end White Port made from the top 10% of grapes from the hot Favaios region of Duoro Valley. Cockburn’s was founded in 1815 by the Cockburn brothers, and is now owned by the Symington family (the first family of Port). White Heights was formulated for craft cocktail bars. For those who’ve sampled White Port, know that White Heights is drier and crisper than its lower priced competitors. Pineapple, papaya, honeysuckle, vanilla. Mostly aged in stainless, with a portion aged in neutral oak. I believe I’ve ordered enough to satisfy demand, but please come sooner rather than later if it interests you. Include a bottle with your July selections, stock up on Fever-Tree Tonic Water and garnishes, and wow your guests at your summer parties. Best if consumed within three weeks of opening.
