This is a Hands-on Cooking & Wine Experience with Blythe Trisko
Create main course salads that are not only easy and delicious, but also great for picnics, dinner at home and everyday entertaining! Learn healthy tips and tricks using fresh seasonal local ingredients. Your salad course will never be the same again!
You will first be met with a reception wine and light appetizers. You'll have a striking view of our impressive open demonstration kitchen. You'll don your apron, roll up your sleeves and Chef will walk you through the preparations of your meal while you enjoy a sip of your wine! Once you've completed your meal, you will sit down and enjoy it with a glass of wine, of course!
Throughout the evening you'll learn about the recipes, food preparation, and the "why" behind the wines we pair with the meal.
If you would like to add more wine to your experience, you can taste 32 different wines in our Enomatics (wine dispensing system) or you can order wine by the glass or bottle.

About Blythe Trisko:
Blythe Trisko is a local food and fitness expert, local artist and mother of three teenagers. Blythe grew up in Atlanta working at the catering company that her mother owned for more than 20 years. After having three children, and putting her art career on hold, Blythe found a new career in fitness as a group fitness instructor. When asked by a local women’s group if she would teach a cooking class, Blythe found herself immersed in a newfound business that evolved into 15+ years of teaching cooking classes.
Blythe’s classes focus on “Tried & True” food for entertaining. And with Blythe’s love of fitness, she created her very popular “Fit Food” classes. Today Blythe continues to teach private classes that focus on “Fit Food” and “Tried & True” recipes for easy entertaining as well as offering catering for special events. She currently is managing a fitness studio in Sandy Springs.
