Food Pairing Suggestions:
Serve these festive bubbles as a solo aperitif or even mixed into a mouth-watering cocktail with crème de cassis! This sparkler will also complement fresh fall-inspired salads topped with roasted butternut squash and toasted pecans; creamy Gorgonzola, Prosciutto and pear bruschetta; crispy ham croquettes; and freshly shucked oysters to Thai noodle chicken salad; smoked salmon omelette with mesclun salad; and even fruity but not-too-sweet desserts like strawberry shortcake. Or simply savor these bubbles with a sliver of buttery triple-creme cheese, fresh Chèvre and bloomy rinds like Camembert, Chaource and Buche de Chevre.
