You’ll stay at a charming, centrally located hotel nestled in the heart of Willamette Valley. Blending modern comforts with a relaxed atmosphere, the property serves as the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. With its prime location, you’ll be just minutes from the valley’s most celebrated wineries and dining venues. The hotel’s intimate, welcoming ambiance ensures a restful night’s sleep, setting you up for another exciting day of adventure.

We understand that some days you may just want to take off from activities. While we hope you will join us, we encourage you to "do you". All activities are optional.
Your adventure begins in Portland, Oregon, where you’ll fly into Portland International Airport (PDX). Upon arrival, our team will be ready to greet you and provide convenient, comfortable transportation to Willamette Valley. Whether you're arriving by air or extending your stay, we’ll ensure a smooth, seamless journey to and from all trip activities. At the end of your stay, transportation back to Portland International Airport (PDX) will be provided, leaving you with more time to enjoy your Oregon wine country escape.
Changes to the itinerary may occur. In the event any experience listed should change due to matters beyond our control, it will be replaced with a similar quality experience.
WELCOME TO OREGON
Day 1
Your journey begins at Portland International Airport (PDX). On our way to the heart of Willamette Valley, we will stop at CORE, a popular food truck park in Portland (lunch on your own).
Next, we visit Hyland Estates. Hyland played a pivotal role in putting Oregon wines on the map, notably during the 1985 Burgundy Challenge.
We will check into our hotel and unwind before our welcome dinner at Trellis.
YAMHILL
Day 2
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before we set off!
Our first visit is to Patricia Green Cellars, where we’ll indulge in a selection of exclusive library wines.
Afterward, we head to Trisaetum for a gourmet picnic and Trisaetum’s finest wines.
After returning to the hotel for some downtime, we’ll dine at the Joel Palmer House, where Chef Christopher prepares innovative, mushroom-focused dishes that showcase the best of the valley’s ingredients.
NORTH DUNDEE HILLS
Day 3
Enjoy breakfast before we head out to Coeur de Terre. Here sustainably farmed, organic vineyards offer a true taste of the terroir.
Next, we visit Stoller Family Estate for a tasting, followed by a vineyard lunch.
We’ll finish the day with a tour of Anne Amie Vineyards, known for its spectacular vistas and commitment to sustainability.
Dinner tonight is at Recipe where Redolent Wines founder Boyd Pearson hosts a wine pairing dinner.
CHEHALEM
Day 4
Our first stop is Penner-Ash. We’ll sample their boutique Pinots and take in the panoramic views.
Next, we head to WillaKenzie, for a guided tasting.
Lunch will be at Ruddick/Wood.
In the afternoon, unwind at the hotel or enjoy some downtime at Lumpys, a local pool hall and casual hangout.
This evening, roll up your sleeves at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms, where you’ll enjoy a hands-on cooking class using the freshest ingredients.
Head home or extend your stay
Day 5
After a final breakfast at the hotel, we’ll provide transportation back to Portland International Airport (PDX) for your departure. If you wish to extend your stay and explore more of the area, we’d be happy to provide recommendations for additional adventures.
