Marinette Garnier, our oenologist-winemaker, creates our "hand-made" wines in this magical location in the historical centre of Beaune.
About Marinette Garnier, winemaker:

Marinette was born in the heart of Burgundy and has a beautiful experience in the world of wine. Her skills enabled her to trained and experienced several great estates in Burgundy at a young age.
She started with precious training at Domaine Comtes Lafon then at Domaine Méo-Camuzet. After graduating from her diploma, Marinette started as a winemaker at Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils for the famous vintage 2009. Then, she vinified the vintage 2010 at Domaine Moillard, where she was head of winemaking. She succeeded in making wines from the “Appellations Villages” to the most famous “Grand Crus”.
She often states “I could not say why I first chose this job but today, for me, it is an evidence! "
What she prefers in her job is “ the excitement winemaking, as well as the peace down in my cellar during maturation ".

Nick is currently Chef and Partner at Vice Kitchen, a high-end butcher shop and retail market located in John’s Creek. Formerly of Saltyard, Bar(N), and Nick's Westside, Nick brings a Chef Curated touch from his expertise running several restaurants and over thirty years of experience in the Hospitality business.
Vice Kitchen offers a wide range of international and domestic products, along with chef-prepared meals. As the only Georgia butcher with our own slaughterhouse, they guarantee quality and freshness.
